FT4GLと80mでQSOしたJAが3エリアに１局います。QSO時間は朝の8時少し前ですので、日の出から
3時間も経っていました。日の出から3時間経った後に80mで遠くのDXとQSOするのは理論上及び実質上
無理です。また、この局は昼の12時に40mでFT4GLとQSOしています。昼の12時に40mでFT4GLとQSOする
のはまず無理です。FT4GL支援チームはこの件を重大案件として現在調査中です。最悪彼のQSOは無効
となる恐れが大です。私は毎朝80mを２エレ八木でワッチしていますが、FT4GLの信号をデコードしたことは
一度もありません。この３エリアの局の信号も80mで一度もデコードしていません。この局は一体どこから
送信したのでしょうか。違法運用は絶対に行ってはいけません。

There is one JA station in three area of Japan who made a QSO with FT4GL on80m. The QSO time
was just before 8am, so it had been three hours since sunrise. It is theoretically and practically impossible
to make a QSO with DX stations on 80m three hours after sunrise. This station also made a QSO with
FT4GL on 40m at 12 JST noon. It is virtually impossible to make a QSO with FT4GL on 40m at noon.
The FT4GL Support Team is currently investigating this issue as a serious matter. At worst, his QSOs with
FT3GLmay be invalid. I keep watching 80m every morning with a 2-element Yagi, but I have never decoded
an FT4GL signal. I have never decoded the signal of this station in three area on 80m,either Where on
earth did this station transmit from? Illegal operation must never be performed.

ClublogでNILの方が、私のアドバイス通りにQSLマネージャーにQSOのJPGを送付したところ、
Clublogに掲載されたという連絡が私のところに多数来ております。NILの方は是非この方法を
試されてください。

JPGs of their QSOs to the QSL manager and informed me their QSOs are on the

日本時間今晩8時から明日土曜日の12時まで、6月16日（日）の夜8時から6月17日（日）12時までの
２回FT4GLはATNOデー運用を行います。オールバンドニュー以外の方はFT4GLを呼ばないでください。
基本モードはSSBですが、FT8でもATNO以外の局は絶対に呼ばないでください。

FT4GLのClublogにNILが散見されます。Marekが支援チームに送付するログは毎日膨大な量に
なりますが、間違いが沢山あるとのことです。NILの方は73が戻ってきたJPG画像をスクリーン
ショットで撮影し保存した後、QSLマネージャーに送付されてください。ただ、パイレーツも多く
出現していますので、Clublogに掲載されるまでQSOするのも方法のひとつです。

FT4GL will be operating ATNO days for two times from 11UTC today to 3UTC on Saturday
and 11UTC on Sunday to 3UTC on Monday. Please do not call FT4GL unless you are an ATNO.
The basic operation mode is SSB. But even when you see FT4GL in FT8 mode, please do not

昨日と一昨日FT45GLは80mで運用しましたが、TAAF(フランス南方・南極管理局）による
アンテナの高さが8mという制限があるため、バーチカルアンテナは8mの高さで横に曲げたL型
バーチカルを使用しています。アンテナの高さが低いためヨーロッパでも信号は弱く80mでQSO
できた局はたった14局でした。

Yesterday and the day before yesterday FT4GL operated on 80m. Because TAAF (French
Southern and Antarctic Administration) restricts the antenna height to 8m, FT4GL uses an
L-shaped vertical antenna bent sideways at a height of 8m. Since the antenna height is low,
the signal was weak even in Europe and just 14 stations were able to make QSO with FT4GL
on 80m.

FT4GLは6月14日（金）日本時間夜8時から6月16日（日）夜8時までの2日間ANTOデーを設けます。
運用モードはSSBです。私を始めほとんどの支援チームメンバーはANTOデーにFT8で運用する
ことを提案しましたが、MarekとF8FKIがSSB運用に固執しています。現在FT8に変更する様交渉中
です。

FT4GL will have two ANTO days from 11UTC on Friday June 14th to 11UTC on Sunday June 16th.
The operating mode will be SSB. Most of the support team members, including myself, have
suggested operating with FT8 mode on ANTO days. Although Marek and F8FKI insist on SSB operation
I am negotiation with them for the FT8 operation on ANTO days..

FT4GLのFT8運用はロボット運用ではないかというクレームがARRLに届きましたのでARRLはこの件を
精査していましたが、ARRLはFT4GLのFT8運用はロボット運用ではないという見解を示し、DXCCに有効で
あるという判断をしました。

this issue. ARRL determined that FT4GL's FT8 operation is not robotic operation and therefore
is valid for DXCC.

FT4GLは40mと80mにまったく出てこないので、皆さんイライラされていることと思います。私もFT4GL支援
チームメンバーもFT4GLからの情報がここ数日来ないのと約束していた30mと40mの交互運用も実現
されていないので困っています。運用はまだ2週間ほどありますので、気長に情報をお待ちください。
尚、明日の朝より日曜日夜まで外出していますので、しばらく最新情報は更新されません。

I'm sure you're all frustrated that FT4GL has not appeared on 40m or 80m at all. The FT4GL support
team members and I are also troubled by the lack of information from FT4GL these past few days
and the promised alternate operation on 30m and 40m has not been realized. There are still about

昨夜FT4GL支援チームとFT8のソフトに関し協議しました。その結果FT4GLはWSJT F/Hを使用することになりました。
今朝30mに出ていたFT4GLはWSJT F/Hモードでしたので、1000Hz以下で呼んだ局には応答がありませんでした。
今後は1000Hz以上で呼ばれてください。

Last night FT4GL suport team members had a discussion about the FT8 software. As a result, FT4GL

は聞こえない又は見えないDX局は呼ばないということですので、ご協力をお願いいたします。他の局のQSOチャンス
を奪ってしまうことになります。

FT4GLは隔日毎に30mと40mのそれぞれのバンドを運用することになりました。今日（土曜日）は40mの運用
ですので、明日（日曜日）は30mの運用になります。

このHPに書かれている内容をよく読まないで、私にメールでＮＩＬの件等を問い合わせされてくる方がけっこうおられます。
まずこのＨＰの最新情報をよく読まれてください。また、宛先と差出人の名前のない失礼なメールを時々受信します。
社会人の常識として私の名前とご自分の名前位お書きください。私は毎日メール対応にかなりの時間を割いておりますので、
ご理解のほど宜しくお願いいたします。

ストリーム数を最大３に減らすという決定をしたと先日お知らせしましたが、コンディションによりストリーム数を変更する
という方針に変更しました。現在３０ｍの信号は非常に強く最大６スリームで運用しています。多くのJAがQSOできています。

We announced the other day that FT4GL decided to reduce the number of stream to 3 at maximum, but FT4GL
changed the policy to change the number of stream depending on the condition. Currently, the 30m signal is very
strong with the number of stream up to 6. Many JAs worked FT4GL on 30m today.

la politica para modificar el numero de stream de acuerdo con la condicion. Actualmente, la senal en 30m es muy
fuerte con el numero de stream de hasta 6. Muchos JA trabajaron FT4GL en 30m hoy.

FT4GLからレポートをもらったが73が来ないのに次の局に行ってしまったという問題が多々発生しております。ここ２日間ほど
この件に関しFT4GLを含めサポートチームメンバーと協議しましたが、この問題の原因は未だ不明です。多分MSHVのバグと
思われます。ただ、73をもらっていなくてもログに入っているケースが多くありますので、clublogでログを確認されてください。
ログに入っていなかったら、入るまでQSOされてください。

We are currently experiencing many cases where a report is received from FT4GL but the FT4GL moves on to the
next station without sending 73. We have been discussing this issue with support team members, including FT4GL
Marek for the past two days, but the cause of this problem has been still unknown. It is most likely an MSHV bug.
However, there are many cases where the QSO is logged in the clublog even if the caller has not received 73.
So please check the log on clublog. If your QSO is not in the log, keep making QSOs until it is recorded.

Nous connaissons actuellement de nombreux cas ou un rapport est recu de FT4GL, mais le FT4GL passe a la
station prochaine sans envoyer 73. Nous avons discute de ce probleme avec les membres de l'equipe soutien, y
compris FT4GL Marek depuis deux jours, mais la cause de ce probleme est encore inconnue. C'est probablement
un bug MSHV. Cependant, il existe de nombreux cas ou le QSO est enregistre dans le Clublig meme si la station
n'a pas recu 73. Donc verifier le log sur Cublog, S.V.P. Si votre QSO n'est pas dans le log, continuez a faire des QSO
jusqu'a ce qu'il soit enregistre.

FT4GLはMSHVを使用してFT8の運用を行っております。MSHVですのでどの周波数で呼んでもけっこうですが、QRMを
回避するために、FT4GLの周波数では呼ばないでください。

何か不具合があったのだと思います。超多忙の現地ＯＰにログの修正をするのはほぼ不可能ですので、再度ＱＳＯされてください。

現地チームとリニアの出力に関し協議しました。ACOM1010の仕様ではPEPで700W, 連続では500Wが最大出力と
なっているため、10mから20mでの最大出力を10mから20mで300Wにアップすることに決定しました。また、FT8に
於けるストリーム数が多いのでこれをもう少し小さくする様要望しましたが、最大で3ストリームにすることで合意しました。
これで受信し易くなります。ローバンドのアンテナはまだ上げていません。　

I discussed the linear amplifier power issue with the FT4GL team. According to the ACOM1010 specification,
the maximum PEP power of the amplifier is 700W and 500W as the continuous power. So we agreed that the
maximum power for FT8 will be increased to 300W for the bands from 10 to 20m. I suggested to the team that the
number of the stream be reduced and it was decided that the maximum number of the stream will be three at most.
Thus it would be much easier for the DXers to decode the FT4GL FT8 signal. The low band antennas have not been installed.

J'ai discute du probleme de puissance de l'amplificateur lineaire avec l'equipe FT4GL. Selon la specification ACOM1010,
la puissance PEP maximale de l'amplificateur est de 700 W et de 500 W en puissance continue. Nous avons donc convenu
que le la puissance maximale du FT8 sera portee a 300W pour les bandes de 10 a 20m. J'ai suggere a l'equipe de reduir
le nombre de stream et il a ete decide que le nombre maximum de stream serait de trois au maximum. Ainsi, il serait
beaucoup plus facile pour les DXers de decoder le signal FT4GL FT8. Les antennes bande basse n'ont pas ete installees.

FT4GLはFT8で200W, SSBで500Wしかパワーを出していないことが判明しました。ストリーム数が多いのも原因ですが、
QSBの谷間でデコードしないことが多々ありました。出力が少ないのも原因でした。現地チームにはパワーを上げる様
今要望しておきました。

grand nombre de stream, mais egalement a la faible puissance. Je viens de demander a l'equipe
FT4GL d'augmenter sa puissance.

Resulto que la potencia del FT4GL es 200 W para FT8 y 500 W para SSB. En muchos
casos, la decodificacion no se produjo en los valles QSB. Esto se debe en parte a la gran
cantidad de stream, pero tambien a la baja potencia. Acabo de pedirle al equipo de FT4GL que
aumente su potencia.

Marekは現在10mと12mのFT8を運用しています。信号が強いので多くのJAがこれらのバンドでQSOしています。
MarekはMSHVに慣れており、またWSJTにはロギングの問題があるとのことですので、MSHVを使用しています。

FT4GL is on both 10m and 12m FT8 now. Many JAs are working FT4GL on these bands, thanks to the big signal.
Since Marek is used to using MSHV and he has a logging problem with WSJT, He keeps using MSHV.

FT4GL est sur 10m et 12m FT8 maintenant. De nombreux JA travaillent FT4GL sur ces bandes, grace au gros
signal. Comme Marek est habitue a utiliser MSHV et qu'il a un probleme de logging avec WSJT, il continue d'utiliser

Marekは現地時間２４日にHexビーム２本と10m-40m用バーチカルを上げました。今朝時点で10m,12m,20m,40mの
運用を確認しております。今朝の12mの信号は強力でしたので多くのJAがQSOできました（SP MSHV）。

Marek installed two Hex beam antennas and a vertical antenna for 10m-40m on May 24th. The singals on 10m,
12m, 20m and 40m have been copied. Since the signal on 12m was very strong, many JAs worked FT4GL early
this morning.(21 UTC FT8 MSHV, not F/H)

FT4GLは日本時間夜８時頃１５ｍＦＴ８で運用を開始しました。当初アナウンスされていたＦ／ＨではなくＭＳＨＶの運用です。

FT4GL acaba de iniciar la operacion en 15mFT8 alrededor de las 11 UTC. Sin embargo, FT4GL no opera FT8 con modo F/H, sino MSHV.

Marekは日本時間5月23日午後10時にグロリオッソ島に到着しました。今日5月24日（金）早朝からアンテナとリグの設営を行う予定です。
終日の作業終了後、実際の運用は現地時間２４日の夕方、日本時間午後11時頃と思われます。

Marek arrived at Glorioso island at 13UTC on May 23rd. Marek is supposed to install the antennas and set up rigs from
early morining on May 24th.　After working all day long, Marek could start the opetration around 14 UTC.

antennes tot ce matin du mai 24, le debut de la trafic s'enffectuera en fin d'apres-midi vers 14h00 UTC.

Marek llego a la isla Glorioso a las 13 UTC del 23 de mayo. Se supone que Marek instalara las antenas y configurara
los equipos desde la madrugada del 24 de mayo.Despues de trabajar todo el dia, Marek comenzara la operacion alrededor
de las 14 UTC.

Marekは今日マヨッテ島から飛行機でグロリオッソ島に到着します。到着後すぐにアンテナとリグの設営を行い、5月24日（金）
日本時間夜の9時頃から運用を開始する予定です。どのバンドに出てくるかまだ不明ですが、まずデジタルモードで運用を開始します。
コンディションがいいと判断されれば、SSBの運用も同時に行います。

Marek will arrive at Glorioso island today. Marek will start the installation of antennas and rigs upon arriving at the island.
Marek is expected to start the operation around 12 UTC on May 24th. We don't know yet on which band he will
operate first, but we are sure that he will start off his operation with a digital mode. If the band condition is found
to be good enough, he will operate SSB, as well.

Marek arrivera a l'ile de Glorieuses aujourd'hui. Marek demarrera l'installation d'antennes et d'equipements
a l'arrivee et devrait demarrer l'operation autour de 12 UTC le 24 mai. Nous ne savons pas quel band il opera en
premier, mais nous sommes surs qu'il commencera son operation avec un mode numerique. Si la band condtion est
assez bonne, il opera egalement SSB

Marek llegara a la isla Gloriosa hoy. Marek comenzara la instalacion de antenas y equipos a su llegada y se espera
que comience la operacion alrededor de las 12 UTC en 24 de mayo. Todavia no sabemos en que banda operara
primero, pero estamos seguros de que comenzara su operacion con un modo digital. Si se encuentra que la condicion
de la banda es buena , tambien operara SSB.

またQSOデータがLoTWにアップされますので、新たにOQRSをしてカードとLoTWを請求する必要はありません。

Those who made donation of 10EUR or more will receive the QSL card directly from the FT4GL team and FT4GL
team will upload the QSO data to LoTW. So it is not needed for you to request a QSL card and LoTW upload using OQRS.

En cas de don d'une valeur minimal de 10 EUR , la carte QSL sera envoyee gratuitement en direct avec le telechargement LoTW.

Aquellos que hayan hecho una donacion de 10EUR o mas recibiran la tarjeta de QSL directamente del equipo FT4GL.
Por lo tanto, no es necesario solicitar una tarjeta de QSL utilizando OQRS.

FT4GLのHPはフランス語で書かれており、フランス語に堪能でない方以外は読めないと思いますが、HPの横にあるイギリスの
国旗をクリックすると英語表示になり、日本の国旗をクリックすると日本語版FT4GL HPに移動します。日本国旗の少し下にある
言語の選択から日本語を選びますと、全ページが日本語に翻訳されます。

FT4GL web site is written in French. Unless you are fluent in French, you cannot get the FT4GL web site content. However,
if you click the UK flag button that can be found at the right corner of the page, the French content will be translated into English.

Le site web FT4GL est redige en francais. A moins de parler couramment le francais, vous ne pouvez pas comprendre le contenu
du site FT4GL. Cependant, si vous cliquez sur le bouton drapeau britannique situe dans le coin droit de la page, le contenu
francais sera traduit en anglais.

El sitio web FT4GL esta escrito en frances. A menos que hable frances con fluidez, no podra comprender el contenido del sitio
FT4GL. Sin embargo, si hace clic en el boton de la bandera britanica ubicado en la esquina derecha de la pagina, el contenido
frances se traducira al ingles.
